I came to the Ural Locomotives plant in January 2008. Then there was not a single machine here - only the foundation. Gradually, we mounted the machine and began to produce locomotive bogie frames on it. The plant was transformed before our eyes – floors were flooded, new equipment and materials were purchased, new employees were recruited.
To date, our production is the most modern, the equipment is progressive. The plant has changed beyond recognition over the years.
All those who work here are highly qualified, are masters of their craft, because continuous improvement, responsibility and hard work are required.

I have been working at the Ural Locomotives plant since 2015. He started as a design engineer of the 3rd category. From the very first days, he joined the creative process of developing a new traction drive for new promising locomotives and trains. He actively participated in corporate project competitions and in the life of the team.

It is wonderful that it is at our factory, in our team, that a young employee can realize himself as an engineer, developer, tester and designer. The company allows me to realize myself, develop, and bring my ideas and dreams to life.
Based on the pace of development and the steps that our plant is taking, we can safely say that our rolling stock will continue to improve and win even more landfills for operation.

I like the creative process, the approach and the end result in my work. When I see our high-speed trains on the railway, I feel proud that we did it, at our factory. The factory gives me an emotional boost. My work is active, I exercise every day, but this does not affect my positive attitude during the working day in any way, I am emotionally relieved. We have a well-coordinated team in which everyone helps each other.

The factory and workshops are clean, the temperature regime is observed, which is very important during operation.
Regular trainings are held both inside the plant and on-site, where we are shown how to work properly with equipment and materials. The most important thing in work is discipline, diligence and the desire to achieve results.

I used to work as a locksmith, but I saw the work of welders, and it captured me, I became interested in melting metal, how it connects and changes its properties. As a result, he changed his profession and never regretted it. I wanted to develop and work at a large stable enterprise. So, having already had experience welding aluminum, in 2012 I joined Ural Locomotives. The factory sent me to Germany for training, as a result of which I received new experience and a welder's certificate of European quality. Welding aluminum is a complex process, since it is a "capricious" metal, there is a difficulty in preparing it, you need to take into account a lot of subtleties when working with it. We have a mentoring system implemented at the plant, our own welding school is operating, where I am now training new specialists. At the factory, we all work together for one common result – we produce trains that transport people.
