Social guarantees

A collective agreement is valid and renegotiated at the enterprise every three years, providing social guarantees for all employees of the enterprise: conditions for calculating and paying wages, issues of health, labor protection, training and staff development, support for youth and veterans, one-time and regular payments of various types of financial assistance. The interests of the employees are represented by a trade union organization. There is also a commission for the resolution of labor disputes.

The delivery of employees to and from the enterprise is carried out by official transport. Several hot food outlets are organized on working days: cafes, canteens and a buffet. A medical center is open around the clock at the plant. At the expense of the company, employees are vaccinated, sanatorium treatment and recreation are organized, and wellness for the children of employees. There is a gym, classes are organized in sports sections for everyone. Corporate sports and cultural events, creative and leadership contests are regularly organized. Especially valuable specialists, if necessary, are provided with a place in a factory dormitory or compensation for rental housing.
