Production of trolleys
«Ural Locomotives» has mastered the full cycle of production of wagon trolleys for various types of rolling stock, including freight mainline electric locomotives, high-speed electric trains and freight locomotives. Modern equipment and advanced technologies are used to achieve high quality and safety of the crew of locomotives and trains.
The trolley manufacturing process consists of several stages:
1. Procurement production
2. Mechanical processing
3. Welding
4. Quality control
5. Production of wheelsets
6. Coloring
7. Assembling
8. Trials
The elements of the trolley frame are made by laser cutting and connected using robotic welding. At the wheelset forming site, axles, wheel centers, bandages, large gears and bearing housings are processed.
The final assembly includes the installation of components, connection to wheelsets and testing on a load bench. Traction motors, after conducting electrical tests, are mounted in a wheel-motor unit. The final stage includes installation of electrical wiring and technical control.
