Ural Locomotives has its own warranty and service system.

Employees of the Rolling Stock Warranty and Service Department (DGiSOPS) work both directly at the plant and in its 19 regional centers located in various regions of Russia.

The company has a dispatch center, which operates 24/7 in a specially equipped room. Every year, they receive calls from locomotive crews from all areas of operation of rolling stock produced by Ural Locomotives via the hotline.

With the help of the UL-Service information and analytical system developed by the company's specialists, DGiSO PS employees monitor the operation of rolling stock equipment according to more than 700 parameters. Diagnostic data on the condition of the equipment and the location of the trains are received online from the locomotive or train, which allows you to quickly take the necessary measures.
